Our inspection process is built around specifications and purchase orders. Every stage is documented, every lot is verified before it ships.
Parts are microscopically inspected on arrival to verify surface condition before plating begins.
Our accredited lab runs atomic absorption (AA) analysis daily to maintain bath chemistry per AC7108.
Post-plate thickness verified with X-ray fluorescence on every order. Full readings provided on all jobs.
All orders must pass final inspection before shipment. Nothing leaves without documented sign-off against the PO/Contract or specification.
